Who Are We?

I’m Melanie Akas, an Occupational Therapist and the founder of Eiko Therapy. My journey with OT began 10 years ago, and since then, I have been dedicated to helping children and adults overcome developmental, mental health, and physical challenges. My passion lies in empowering clients to gain independence, manage daily tasks, and improve their overall well being through personalised therapy.

Beyond my work in occupational therapy, I mentor students and professionals facing mental health challenges, including ADHD, depression, and OCD, helping them develop strategies to navigate both personal and career obstacles. I have been fortunate to recognised as an award winner for my work in the community. My goal is to help as many individuals as possible to overcome their barriers to life and engage in what is meaningful to them.
